What makes you different to other agencies?

Our mission is to grow open-source; not profits. Therefore, we are working relentlessly every day to build an open, transparent, and inclusive community of developers that are all passionate about open-source. We also use our fees to sponsor open-source projects chosen by our community.

Unlike our competitors, this enables us to attract and engage top talent without sending them recruiter spam.

Which regions do you operate in?

Our initial focus is Germany. However, the open-source community is global and so are we. Therefore, don't hesitate to reach out as we have international developers in our community.

What is the pricing model?

We charge a placement fee of 15% when we facilitate a successful hire for you. This is calculated on the gross first year salary of the developer that has been hired. We have a payment period of 30 days after the signing of the contract. We do not currently offer refunds or guarantee periods.

How much of our fee is granted to open-source?

Ah, this is our favorite bit! We use 20% of the total fee to sponsor an open-source project chosen by our community. But we don't stop there. We give 5% to the developer as a starting bonus, and another 5% as a reward to whichever member referred them to our community in the first place.

Will I get recognition for my contribution?

Absolutely. We will inform our community each time we make a placement, and give you credit for your sponsorship of the projects.
