So, whenever we make a match in this marketplace, the startups pay TalentNode a success fee equal to 15% of the hired developer's first year salary.

Unlike other recruitment companies with the same business model, we use 20% of this fee to grow the open-source community. We do this by sponsoring open-source projects, developers, and initiatives. 🎊
